Privacy Policy

Becomi · Last updated: July 10, 2026

Becomi (“Becomi,” “we,” “us”) is a daily-ritual app for building the identity and habits behind the life you want. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the control you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

The short version.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not use your private writing to profile you or to train or improve any AI.

3. What we do not collect

4. Who processes your data (service providers)

We share data only with the service providers that run the app for us, and only as needed to operate it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion removes your data across every system we use — our database (all of your content and analytics rows), plus your records at our subscription and analytics providers. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Security

Each account can access only its own data, enforced at the database level. Connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep what we collect to the minimum the app needs.

7. Your rights & choices

8. Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas), you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

We do not sell your personal information, we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or such profiling — so there is nothing to opt out of on those points. You can exercise your access, deletion, and correction rights directly in the App (your content is visible to you, and Settings → Delete account permanently deletes everything), or by emailing us at hello@trybecomi.com. We will verify your request through your account and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted, and, in states that provide it, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

9. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track you across other apps or websites and do not sell or “share” your information, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals have no data for us to act on. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals to the extent required by law.

10. Children

Becomi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where your data is processed

Becomi is offered to users in the United States and is not directed to individuals in the European Union or European Economic Area. Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
